Delivery
We deliver via courier straight to your door throughout mainland UK. The delivery charge is calculated per kg and the total delivery charge for your specific order is shown at the checkout stage.

We aim to dispatch your bait within 48 hours. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Regrettably we do not allow orders from outside mainland UK.

Collection
If you prefer, we can arrange collection of items purchased direct from our warehouse in Cheshire. Our warehouse is open on Sundays 10am to 12 noon. Please contact us for further details.

Returns
We are proud of the quality of our bait and highest possible level of service; we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, goods are faulty or have been sent to you in error; please contact us by e-mail within 7 working days from the day after delivery, so that we can rectify the situation.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you may have a complaint with our bait or our service, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any problems that you may have.

All credit card details are encrypted and handled by HSBC, we use the highest levels of security available.
